Quality Policy

Effective Date: 1st January 2024 | Last Reviewed: 1st January 2025

At Organic Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., Quality is not a department — it is a culture. Our Quality Policy reflects our unwavering commitment to manufacturing pharmaceutical products that are safe, effective, and consistently meet the highest standards of quality.

Our Quality Commitment

Organic Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is committed to:

  • Manufacturing pharmaceutical products in full compliance with WHO-GMP, ISO 9001:2015, Schedule M of Drugs & Cosmetics Act 1945, and all applicable CDSCO/State Drug Controller regulations.
  • Ensuring that every product released to the market has been tested and certified to meet the approved finished product specifications.
  • Sourcing all Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and excipients only from approved, audited suppliers with documented quality standards.
  • Maintaining a state-of-the-art, GLP-certified Quality Control laboratory with all equipment calibrated and qualified as per regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting regular internal audits, management reviews, and supplier audits to identify opportunities for continual quality improvement.

Good Manufacturing Practice

All manufacturing activities at our Dadri facility are conducted in accordance with the WHO Technical Report Series 986 (GMP for pharmaceutical products) and Schedule M of the Drugs & Cosmetics Act 1945 (as amended). Our facility undergoes regular regulatory inspections by State Drug Controllers and periodic third-party GMP audits.

Pharmacovigilance & Complaint Handling

We operate a robust pharmacovigilance system to capture, evaluate, and report adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in compliance with the CDSCO Pharmacovigilance Programme of India (PvPI). All product quality complaints are investigated thoroughly and resolved within 30 days of receipt. We maintain zero-tolerance for unresolved quality issues.

Continuous Improvement

Our Quality Management System is built on the principle of continuous improvement using Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) methodology. Key quality metrics including batch rejection rates, customer complaint rates, OOS/OOT results, and audit findings are reviewed monthly by senior management to drive systematic improvements.

Employee Training

Every employee at Organic Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. receives role-specific GMP training at induction and ongoing refresher training. We believe that quality begins with our people, and we invest significantly in training and development to maintain a quality-conscious workforce.

This Quality Policy is approved by the Managing Director and is communicated to all employees. It is reviewed annually to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness.
